The reception is not open 24h as written... I arrived at 7 am and there was nobody to open the door.... The receptionist doesn't speak english fluently what makes the communication difficult

They should update their info. There isn’t free parking included. You can park outside the hotel for free, but usage of their parking is 7€ per day. Nice room, friendly reception. We would visit again 😊

Cheap, simple with bad service

Cheap simple place to stay. Place was clean, except the trash in toilet was not emptied when we came. We asked for towels (twice) he said 10 mins, but they never came. Reseptionist seemed to be busy facetiming with some lady. In the morning I needed salt, and the lady was really grumpy and said I could not borrow from the table.

The location was good and the service was excellent. Though the bathroom sink did not originally work and the faucet was a bit odd, however, I think for the price, location, and comfort it is good for a traveling student or backpacker.

Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly be informed that this is very disappointing when upon your check-out Receptionist ask for Breakfast, But in the booking shows that we've booked the room with breakfast. Receptionist is horrible they said you'll pay then only you can take your things, which type of receptionist you have? I need my money back which i paid to hotel in Cash €74. Please i need my money back as soon as possible, this is not a way to treat your customers by charging again. Thank you Warm regards,

приехали мы поздно вечером, у нас был номер с кухней, так как это большая экономия. Зайдя в номер, в нем не оказалось кастрюль, сковородок, соли, перца, масла, губки для мытья посуды, мыло для мыться посуды, ножей и ещё много всего другого. Устроив небольшой скандал, нам все же дали две кастрюли. Я не вижу смысла делать кухню, если на ней ничего нет. Также туалетная комната очень-очень маленькая. Район хороший, можно быстро дойти до центра ~30 минут

Dreckig lieblos und zusammen gewürfelt. Bilder passen nicht zu den Räumen die man vorfindet. Mitarbeiter verspricht ein ink.frühstück Am Morgen die Enttäuschung kostet extra nicht mal die Reklamationen wurden aufgenommen oder bearbeitet . Dieses Hotel werde ich niemand weiter empfehlen.

오후 일찍 호텔에 방문했으나 방없다고 다른 호텔로 안내해줌. 이미 지불까지 완료된 곳인데. 불친절한 직원과 싸우기 귀찮아서 그냥 안내해준 호텔로 이동함. 투숙하지 못해서 평가 어려움. 외관건물과 데스크는 낡고 오래됨.

This "Hotel" calls itself "Boardinghouse" on a brass plaque outside. It is old and tatty. I have never had a worse Hotel... it is the lowest standard possible.

Billig und nicht gut!

Die Betten waren frisch bezogen aber fusselig und staubig. Der Duschkopf war eklig, genau wie der Wasserkocher sehr verkalkt und rostig. Allerdings fande ich den fehlenden Rauchmelder am meisten beunruhigend. Vorsichtshalber fragt das Personal auch beim check out gar nicht nach wie der Aufenthalt den gefallen hat. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Für den Preis von €36 hatten wir keine hohen Erwartungen, aberGrundsauberkeit und Brandschutz sollte trotzdem gewährleistet sein!

Great stay

The hotel room was very good and spacious. Staff was friendly. The main disadvantage is absence of elevator. It was very hard to get to the fifth floor with a lot of luggage. Overall, I really recommend this hotel
