Place is old and sorely in the need of renovation! The toilet back up and was full of fecal matter and we had to move to another room. The other room looks like it had not been renovated for 40 years. They had rugs on the floor that were dirty and smelled like feet. Nobody! Not a single staff member could speak anything other than Portuguese! The only good thing was the breakfast, but it was overcrowded!

Adoramos a redes de hoteis da Vila Galé, mas o de salvador é o que menos gostamos, não senti uma limpeza absoluta no banheiro logo quando entrei, o check in demorou mais que o necessário e o antendente parece perdido, o café da manha foi bem decepcionante, haviam poucas opções e essas não eram recolocadas, a não ser que fosse solicitado, isso às 8 horas da manhã, a vista do lado de fora da parte do café da manha é maravilhosa e a localização nos atendeu bem, no entanto, não havia comercios por perto e os proprios funcionários nao recomendaram que saissemos a pé naquela região. De resto foi tudo tranquilo

De frente para o mar, quartos grandes e ótima ducha no banheiro, bom serviço de limpeza, funcionários cordiais e prestativos e buffet de R$ 80. Tem piscina de frente para o mar mas até a metade da tarde tem sombra, o que é comum na orla de Ondina. Em frente há uma galeria com lanchonete gourmet e lavanderia expressa.

Deixou a desejar em relação ao restaurante, tanto no jantar quanto no café da manhã. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e sorridentes, os quantos limpos e perfumados, bem mobiliados e abastecidos, a localização perfeita com uma vista espetacular. Acredito que o hotel merece algumas modernizações e perder o ar de antiquado, você pode ser antigo, mantendo o ar de modernidade. Quanto ao preço, se comparado com outros, deixa a desejar, mas sua localização é vista pesam bastante. O hotel poderia disponibilizar alguns seguranças no acesso à praia para maior segurança dos hóspedes, apesar de não ser, em hipótese alguma, sua responsabilidade, apenas para maior conforto dos seus hóspedes. Voltaria ao hotel sem dúvidas!
