Qurto com cheuiro de umidade, estava chovendo e as calhas toidas furadas, tomada do banheiro do meu quarto estava quebrada e sem energia apenas um fio o outro estava solto, mino geladiras eletrolux novas nos quartos, mas o barulho dela ligada no quarto atrapalha para dormir, no meu quarto barulho de uma máquina funcionado o empo todo, chuveiro ou ferve ou esfria muito ruim. No geral, não me satisfez, não voltaria, aliás não voltaria mais para Ilha Bela, 3 1/2 horas na fila da balsa para voltar e na preferêncial e em um fim de semana com tempo ruim e em Maio fora da temporada, um absurdo que o Governo faz com está travessia.

Viagem de casal. Estive hospedada do dia 19/03 a 23/03. O hotel é impecavel, fornecem toalhas, travesseiros ,o ar condicionado funciona em perfeitas condições, frigobar sem taxa de utilização. Cafe da manha maravilhoso com variedades e sempre havia reposicao. Funcionarios prestativos e muito atenciosos(Daniela e Bruno sao maravilhosos). As praias sao super perto (veloso da impressão que é bem menos de 3 minutos e a curral que é mais linda fica do lado ,de 2 a 3 minutos da veloso. Mais pra frente tem a praia grande ( essa fui um dia a pé, mas para nao cansar melhor ir de carro) , essa praia é mais movimentada e é linda tambem. a praia do portinho que na minha opniao é a mais linda de todas tem que ir de carro tambem. Ah tem um mercadinho do lado da pousada que é super em conta. ENFIM amei a estadia e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

A pousada é muito boa. Percebe-se tudo novinho. O chuveiro muito bom, por estar com criança foi ótimo ter chuveirinho. A localização é ótima com a praia maravilhosa bem pertinho. Estacionamento bom e piscina boa e bem limpa. O que deixa a desejar é a limpeza, têm que pedir e só no segundo dia após a entrada é que fazem a limpeza. Ou seja, papel higiênico acaba e o lixinho se você não tirar, problema é seu. O café da manhã seria ótimo, os bolos são deliciosos e têm variedades, agora as pessoas que trabalham lá deveriam prestar atenção na reposição. Não sei o que ficam esperando pra poder repor, principalmente ovo mexido e pão de queijo que são alimentos muito consumidos. Demora demais. Falta de planejamento. Uma sugestão, colocar um lixo no quarto. Melhorar a qualidade das toalhas. São pequenas.
