Old and dirty, carpet nasty and buckling in the room, paint peeling, coffee stains from being splashed onto the walls, not even sure if housekeeping vacuumed. There was a hotel across the street that had a pool and was much nicer for $10 more, save your money. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. But that's it.

For a quick stay in South Beach this place will do. It is near the beach and fine dining restaurants. However prepare to spend on parking at a nearby parking garage. The room could use an upgrade and the carpet needs to be removed and burned down.
