The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to give us a refund and even called around and found us a different hotel. Name changed to Garner IHG so that was a bit confusing. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy as was the pillows. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not good. TV screen was fuzzy in our room. A lot of TV channels to select from. We were with other people who said their TV was fuzzy too. All in all, we would stay again. It was super quiet- we loved that.
