I was looking forward staying at Casa Antica, however, the room had very little closet space, no mini refrigerator. They placed us next to the laundry room which staff made a lot of noise easily in the morning. Could not sleep in because of the noise. The hotel closed their doors at 10 pm and sometimes had to wait for a long time. They should have a key system. I would not stay there again unless I had too.

We loved the location of this cute boutique hotel. We also loved being able to plunge in the pool to cool off after a hot day of walking. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us call another hotel to communicate for us. During our stay they had a beautiful display of artwork on the walls. Nothing negative to note.

We stayed here for 6 days. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Zocalo and to downtown maybe 2 blocks away. The room was very nice, keep in mind it’s an older building but very beautiful. They do have a pool and the restaurant in the hotel had very good breakfast. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because we did not have hot water in our room, not that we needed it much because in the day time since it was hot outside the water was warm but not hot. That’s the only thing that I didn’t enjoy. Other than that I recommend and would definitely stay here again (with hot water). :) by the way Oaxaca is beautiful.
