Berlin Marathon - recommended Hotel :-)

All very good, clean and fast. Some light bulbs were broken but got replaced immediately. Area is fantastic - a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. I did run the Berlin Marathon on a Sunday and the hotel provided the option to take a shower in the afternoon in a separate room after check-out. Very good service!

Titanic Hotel is my second home, courteous staff, safe and clean, excellent food choices, everything works better than I had expected, the staff is always on to help and direct travelers to locations or help with choices. The front desk is fast at answering the phone if you need anything. I love TITANIC Hotel if they had a pool and a gym it would be my 7 star hotel.

Opt out from housekeeping not possible and there are no DND signs. Even though I went out of my way to assure reception right at the beginning of a 6 night stay that I really didn’t need housekeeping I got harassed by housekeeping every single day. Obviously zero regard for the environment and sustainability, but also the paying customer’s preferences. No restaurant. Only 2 proper coat hangers; the others are fixed and can’t be taken off the rack so useless for most of my clothes. Interior is dated. Some front desk staff were friendly and professional but others were outright rude so it’s a lottery. Reception isn’t staffed 24/7 so checkout isn’t possible around the clock.

Very spacious room and good bed. Overall very good stay. Didn't really appreciate the staff, though. I stayed for four nights and wanted to eat breakfast one day. I hadn't brought my wallet down and they wouldn't put it on my tab... Had to pay the full 18€ there and then. Well, I went back to my room, got my wallet and went for a wonderful breakfast two minutes from the hotel for 7€!

Lovely hotel that was convenient and easy to transport around the city on public transport. It was missing hot drink facilities within the hotel room. We had issues with hot water in the room but the staff were brilliant and sorted out a different room straight away. Breakfast had lots of options and was tasty.

The room was clean and conveniently located within the Schoneberg area. Had no troubles locating the hotel, nor throughout the checkin and checkout process. There are bars, restaurants, groceries nearby, and the hotel is smack in between two stations. I would choose to stay here again, and was happy that I followed a friend’s recommendation over other hotels nearby.
