We loved staying here! It was any second time and Thai time was even better! Felipe and Jennifer were outstanding and provided excellent customer service! The breakfast staff was also very kind and helpful! My whole family and I came down with a nasty cold and were under the weather, I arrived right as they were about to close , but they allowed me to come in and grab food for my family! Can’t wait to come back!

Second time coming to this Hotel. Love the complimentary breakfast and the rooms are perfect, almost feels like renting an apartment. Love the restaurants that are just a short walk away. Had an issue at check in, my reservation was not showing (I booked through an app) but the staff was able to resolve it. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again in the future

The lady that was at the reception desk in the morning was very helpful with everything I needed. And I also want to thank the young lady who was working breakfast for a couple of days during the hurricane. She did a great job, was very kind and courteous and had a pleasant attitude. She made it nice to wake up for breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed talking to her. All in all my stay was pleasant, even though the threat of the hurricane was upon us.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times a year and have for several years. Easy to get to, parking available also very quiet and safe. Seems as hotel is going renovation of the food area. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Food offering is ok. Would love a different protein other than sausage links or patties. Also bagels as well. Only had white bread slices to toast. The Belgium waffles were hard and cold no taste.
