We were in room 307. There was no hot water in the shower our entire stay. Toiletries from the previous guest were left in the room, sticky floors and coffee area. Broken hair dryer. When all of this was reported to the front desk nothing was done about it and the response we were given was that the desk clerk was by themself so nothing they could do. I’ve been asking for 5 days now to speak to a manager but he’s not been in apparently. 2 stars because the place is cute, but run down. And the beds were comfortable, location is great.
