Breakfast was hot. Room was clean but unfortunately the first night our personal hot tub did not work. The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns.

Had to make last minute reservation due to weather. Front desk employee was super friendly. Since I had booked online he was having a little problem checking me in he said but eventually was able to with no issues. He set us up on bottom floor in a handicapped room, which wasn't an issue, but when my mother and I got into room because we were exhausted from already driving for hours, the bathroom floor and shower floor had hair stuck in the drain. We were only staying the one night so didn't address with front desk but had it been a longer stay it would have been addressed for sure. Also, the curtains don't stay closed when fan/heat is blowing unfortunately. I understand that people travel with kids, but the entire night there were what sounded like running all up and down the halls upstairs and yelling in the main hall down on the first level.

The room and bed was nice and comfortable, but this was definitely a budget hotel. Bathroom old and the tub did not drain. Super sketchy. People out and about in the hallway until after midnight. The hallway reeked of weed and smoke. The swipe keycard kept not working and we had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. We booked 2 rooms together and they couldn’t put our rooms next to each other, I would never recommend this hotel.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in, this one was the best. It felt like a home, and the kids loved having their own space. It was perfect! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. 🙂

Pool was SOO warm! I walked right in and the hot tub was HOTT!! Somewhat outdated hotel but for the kids to be able to swim for hours straight without their lips turning blue made it worth it! Breakfast was great and lady restocking was so nice. Cleaned tables after guest too so it was very clean! Front desk lady was so kind and restocked pool towels and turned on music for the kids when we went to swim. Plentiful USB charging outlets in the rooms and at bedsides. Clean linens and no bugs!! We will def be back for the warm pool and friendly staff!

I booked two hotel rooms at this hotel for the night of Thursday, Dec. 11th, 2025, for my employees. After about an hour and a half in his room, one of my employees felt something crawling on him to discover a massive bed bug. Upon closer inspection, he saw many more very tiny bed bugs as well. He quickly went to the lobby to report the issue, however the person on staff did not seem very surprised or concerned and simply gave him a key to a new room. I reached out to Choice Hotels to report the incident, and tell them that I did not intend to leave a review until I gave them a fair chance to address the issue, and this was the response I got: "Hello ****, Thank you for reaching us. We regret to learn about the issues your employees experienced during their recent stay. Please accept our sincere regret for this unpleasant situation. This is not the level of care we strive to provide, and we want to address the matter as quickly as possible. To ensure a thorough review, we kindly ask that (MY EMPLOYEE) send us an email referencing Case 13230504. In that email, he may include the pictures in PDF or JPEG format so our internal team can conduct a detailed review and implement improvements. Please note that we are unable to process a monetary refund. However, we are committed to reviewing this case carefully and providing a resolution that reflects our standards of service.
