The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The area is walkable to old town but be careful at night in some areas near hotel. Ask the staff or urban drivers where not to go and if you stick to that it’s a great location for the price and luxury accommodations. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Breakfast was a wonderful touch! The hotel is great and convenient, used it as a night stay before flying out. The neighborhood is very dodgy, open drug use and homelessness - we were told by multiple taxi drivers to watch out for pickpockets and outright muggers after dark or to flat out avoid leaving the hotel at night.
