We arrived at reception and greeted with a warm welcome. We were given our room card to get in and the room was clean, warm and well presented. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room and made the stay comfortable. We had breakfast each of the mornings, with a choice of English breakfast or cereal and pastries. The overall experience was fantastic and helped make out weekend. The only thing my wife struggled with was the stairs due to knee problems. The hotel doesn't have a lift but does have a ramp for accessibility.
