Everything workout great, just is not close from the train station, and the hotel shuttle has some hour limitations. The breakfast was really good and the gift shop was good and at a very reasonable prices. The temple just minutes away was one of the best I had visited in Japan, no crowds and beautiful; is an active temple which allow you to experience their rituals! I really loved it!

The hotel staff are very very nice and kind, room is exceptional clean, location is convenient, close to the big temple and cross street are quiet beautiful traditional residential streets which bring me back to tang dynasty.

The hotel provies a regular shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station , which is easy to locate at the Shinkansen exit side in the shuttle bus bay. The room size was a good size for one person with a large and small suitcase. Room providing with amenities you would expect, and was kept very clean. Room has a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient , especially with the bus back and forth to the station. The staff were very professional and polite. Only negative I have is there is no way to control the temperature of the fan/ac. You can only change the speed and power on and off.

Kyoto Tokyu Hotel is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when in Kyoto. The hotel is beautiful and the service is impeccable. The location is also so convenient to Kyoto Station.
