Excellent location near the train station. Also close to the most espectacular and iconic church of florence. Hotel provides elevator which is very appreciated because not many hotels in Florence count with this service. Very clean and modern room, i loved the tub in room with a separate shower. Had a great stay at c-hotels diplomat in Florence recently! The staff were helpful, and the hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a central neighbourhood and close to the train station. There is parking in a lot right next door, though it's a bit expensive this was expected given that it's in a major city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only major drawback was there was a faint smell of sewage in the lobby that never really went away, but both myself and my partner noted it the whole time. The hotel is located in a very central area, easy to walk to everything.

Room was very very dark. Rate was also expensive. We went to Rome immediately after and stayed at another hotel next to train station as well. It was much much much nicer for same price. Bigger room, better service, breakfast inclusive for the Rome hotel. Will not stay here again next time.
