This is APA, so it’s properly a business hotel. Do not come here expecting to have a lot of space if you’re in Hokkaido to shop a lot. The front desk is great and helped me with my luggage at checkout. It was quiet enough and very close to the station as well as many other places.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small, as I expected. I would have liked a closet or some drawers so I could unpack instead of keeping my things in my suitcase. Otherwise the room had everything I needed. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. The breakfast room provided lots of choices and the room itself was comfortable.

Hotel location is good, close to public transport and restaurants. Room is typical Japanese standard, on the small side. Room was centrally heated/controlled, so can't adjust. It is extremely warm for such a small room, had to open window slightly to cool. Do not recommend buffet breakfast at 1800 yen. Overall, it was good.

APA is a great reliable brand

Love the APA brand of business hotels. Always clean, fast internet, and friendly service. For the price you can't go wrong. Most ammenities are in room except for face cream and soap at the front desk. About every third night they will do a cleaning but everyday they will leave towels and select bathroom amenities on the door. The laundry was very cheap 200円 to wash then 100円 for 30 minutes of drying. Overall recommended

Close to Sapporo and Odori Traing stations that take you anywhere in Sapporo, but rooms were a tad bit small for the price, very tight, plus the keys were oldschool metal keys so we had to turn them into the front desk everytime we leave our rooms to go out. Other than that, great location and hospitable staff.

私は台湾からの旅行者です。同行していた友人が札幌でパスポートを紛失してしまい、警察署や日本の代表機関の営業時間を待つ必要があったため、急きょこちらのホテルを予約しました。 フロントの方はとてもプロフェッショナルで、親切に対応してくださり、旅行書類を紛失した場合でも、母国の身分証でチェックインを受け付けてくださいました。おかげで、ほかのホテルを探し回ったり、雪の中で困り果てることもなく、本当に助かりました。 ホテルは札幌駅南口から徒歩5〜7分ほどで到着でき、喫煙可能な部屋も一部用意されています。喫煙者にとって、この季節にはとてもありがたい配慮だと思います。 以前からAPAホテルをよく利用していますが、今回も施設や客室の質にとても満足しています。部屋は少し狭いですが、宿泊の快適さには全く影響しませんでした。
