Loved our double king room. Close to everything marathon has to offer. The only thing i didnt like was the extra charges for resort fees and parking. It was cold while we were there so didnt use the pool, we ate breakfast out at Irie Eats and the bar wasnt open at all guessing due to weather. Will stay again just wish there wasnt the extra charges

Welcoming to pets. However, old and we did not have room cleaning service except once during our 5 day stay. Continental breakfast was unimpressive. Cereal boxes and Walmart muffins, sandwiches you could warm up. Not kid friendly food options or anything exciting. It was ok. But you are paying extra for everything, boat marina, trailer parking, car parking, pets, etc.

Stayed at Banana Bay years ago and loved it. Clearly not the same. Grounds were not maintained. Breakfast was AWFUL! Cut a lot of corners now. Simple amenities no longer available.

Unfortunately, this place is not worth the value. The property could be great but just lacks the upkeep. The room was OK if you just need a place to sleep but don't expect good service on the rooms. Had to go to the front office to ask for clean towels as the room did not get cleaned for the 3 days we were there, Forget the breakfast, go to a good place. Their breakfast was not good as it was just a bunch of frozen breakfast sandwiches. We had to wait 45 minutes to get checked in as there was only one person at the front desk dealing with a group whose reservation was messed up. Last thing you wanted after travelling all day. It is really unfortunate to be charged so much money and get horrible value. I suppose having a place in the Key's somehow gives you the thought you can provide inferior accommodations. Next time, we will try something different. It is sad to see a place with such great potential be ruined by poor service and quality. Next time it will be a big no for us.
