The toilet was clogged with the previous guest’s BM upon arrival. I requested to change rooms, expressing concern that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I was assured that it had been and that there were no other rooms available. I expressed concerns about the toilet not being fully functional. The desk clerk plunged the toilet and told me everything was fine. The toilet took 3-4 flushes to flush a small amount of toilet paper. I found the kitchen towel and dishes in the cabinets dirty with fresh food stains. I told the front desk and again asked to change rooms. I was assured that the room would be given a thorough “check out” clean while I was out as to change rooms would involve me having to remove my belongings and would be several hours wait. I again expressed concern given my previous concerns were not taken seriously and was assured that everything would be addressed. I put my belongings in my suitcase to make it easier for the staff and left out the dirty dishes on the counter - told the front desk this. I returned late that evening to find the toilet was not repaired and the room was not deep cleaned. The dirty dishes were just put in the dishwasher. I spent 3 nights without a function toilet. I spoke with the assistant manager who apologised and awarded me $100 in points. My 3 nights cost $900 and I didn’t have a functional toilet. Very poor service and I can’t believe that I was able to have a working toilet. I had to go to the bathroom elsewhere!

In transition in my life so I figured I'd give myself some time in a hotel. Was very choosy during the process and I found HomeWood Suites. Didn't realize it was a Hilton brand. I truly enjoyed the free hot breakfast and the room was everything I wanted. A truly comfortable stay.

Aniversary trip, friendly services but entire hotel need revonation the carpet was old and the breakfast kind need a upgrade too. we was in the first floor but you can heard all step from the second floor a lot.... Reception worker was nice.

Beautiful hotel with such beautiful rooms. We had a full kitchen, a sitting room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. A beautiful pool and whirlpool and an exercise room. It was a freezing weekend yet when we entered the hotel there was a roaring fireplace and 24 hour hot coffee available. The free breakfast was sumptuous and delicious! It was a nice getaway!

The hotel was a little dated. Inside the room the carpets needed to be shampooed. It was stains on everything from the furniture to the appliances. The couch was sunken in needed a good cleaning.

The suites at this property are perfect for families. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Mark and Jessica work at the front desk. The addressed all of my requests and were so warm and friendly it made our time away from home enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again!!
