First night it was raining and the whole roof on my side was leaking on me..it was brown water and the whole ceiling looks like they they tried to paint over it .I had to go to the front they did move me...which was midnight...had to my move two kid one in bed with me it was traumatic to the them being woken up worried the roof was gonna gave in ...2nd room better but no TV and no wifi that I had two kids needed internet to work and do homework which they needed to check in and couldn't I told the front desk and they couldn't figure it out and the bathroom had roaches I had to keep the lights on ...we were there for 2 nights i requested for a refund for the major inconveniences and was told it was asked but they just charged me normally and wouldn't answer my messages and emails I would not recommend..looks nice in pictures but it was a traumatic experience and to many issues and never compensation for all the issues never fixed

Use multiple platforms to check their reviews. I unfortunately did not and was completely disappointed when I pulled up to the location. I immediately read various recent reviews and realized that this place was not a place I would like to chance staying at. I can appreciate the business doing their best with updating some rooms and other facilities. But they have much more work to do.

I really wanted this to be a great place. Staff was kind and helpful. I cant say anything bad besides cockroaches. We walked in and walked out simply by the sheer number of them in the room. I understand they are common, infestations are different. Staff was informed, offered a different room in a different area and we chose to leave. Again, simply bad day for everyone.

Like the rooms very rooming and clean. Love the update on the rooms. The bathroom just need update on the shower curtains mine had red stains on it and is very old. Pillow cases had aittle white stains on them but everything else was great. Would stay again. Also love everything is close by and walking distance.

Everything about this place was awful. The building is in terrible shape, the photos online do not match at all what the place looks like. The guy said supposedly he upgraded my room to a nice room and there was nothing nice about that room. It was so dirty, the couch was disgusting, the water from the kitchen sink was not going down correctly, the sheets and the towels look like they have not been replaced in years, shower, curtain, filthy, hair everywhere, as if they did not vacuum or sweep. After the last person left, toilet seat was broken, doors were filthy as if they’ve never been wiped. And the deadbolt on the door was broken!, The area is super noisy and the walls are super thin so we got zero sleep. Next time I’m just going to pay a little more to stay in a nice place. And one last thing, the key card to get into the room stopped working literally every single time that we would try to get in the key car would not work and I would have to go to the front desk to get it reset. I went at least six times during our two day stay it was so inconvenient!

The bed springs were broken, the bathroom smelled like mold, and there were roaches. We spent one night there and we left the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund after the first night and they said I had to email them and then it would get approved. So I emailed them and they denied the refund for the other nights I did not stay. They never answer the phone and they are not helpful at all in anything. Even after telling them about the roaches they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The couch in the room was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was a horrible stay and the front desk is unhelpful.
