They had plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the weather. They had great views of the mountains. Our unit was modern and cheery with a bit of kitsch. Their hot tub was a nice warm temperature. The manager was quick to address minor issues and questions. Plus they have a resident kitty cat! My daughter loved the kitty and the friendly staff. We will return.

Fabulous Hotel

I love The Twist and it was my second stay here while visiting PS. I got the Presidential Suite this time and loved the size and beautiful wrap around deck - great views of city and mountains too! Well appointed suite with all you need and such fab decor! Very clean and comfy! Enjoyed the pool as well and the welcome margarita! All the staff was fabulous! My one complaint was I had asked for an early check in, which I know can’t be guaranteed- they allowed us pool area access which was great - but our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm ( 3pm is check in) … I feel when paying extra for the upgrade of one of the best rooms, priority should be given to having that room clean and ready at the least by standard check in time, if not a little bit before. They did let us checkout at noon which was nice, but the after 4 check in was a disappointment.

Great spot to stay while in Palm Springs

Really enjoyed staying at The Twist while in Palm Springs. Its a really cool hotel that was previously an apartment building. With its former life and recent renovations it has some of the largest hotel rooms you could ask for. The décor is great with it being all new inside but looking just enough retro. The room we had has super cool retro styling while still looking modern, we loved it! Seen on here that someone said it looked old and dated inside, not sure how anyone can say that the place is basically a new renovation. We found its location great, close enough to the action of downtown but very quiet. I would totally stay there again.

Kitchen was great. Bed was comfy. Service/staff was great! TV remote should have instructions for volume. Room was fairly quiet except you could hear upstairs guest every time they walked around. Bathroom could use some adjustments. Love the fact that pool and jacuzzi open 24/7!! All in all would stay again.

Overall enjoyed our stay at The Twist and think it’s a good pick for the price. Very convenient location, easy parking, very nice staff, and having the kitchenette with small children is ideal. I would just caution guests who are sensitive sleepers to make sure you don’t get booked in the rooms above the bar. Th music thumps through the rooms well into the night. I was able to move rooms once I found this out, but that might not be an option if they are fully booked.
