The view out to sea is beautiful and the sunsets gorgeous! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious with very high ceilings, the wifi worked and the water was hot. The pool and jaccuzi are kept very clean. You also get access to the bigger pools and waterslides in neighboring San Carlos Plaza.

What a sweet place! Obviously we're here in the off-season and mid week, as there are only 2-3 other rooms booked tonight. But I'm so impressed! Disappointed, the hotel is overpriced for what it is—no Wi-Fi other than the first floor; no bar or restaurant on site. There is nothing within walking distance, and we have to leave the property for any needs. Wanted to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving. Paid for an upgraded room online, but had to take a first-floor room because I needed the wifi to complete some work.
