It's OK, staff helpful, but no restaurant service of any sort when we arrived late as pane delayed. Nothing nearby, Dominos just about to shut so coudn't even order pizza :/ Madfrid no longer is a late city. Hotel getting a bit elderly. Breakfast good.

We stayed here for two nights. The room where we stayed was facing a main dual carriage and the windows didn’t shut properly so the room was noisy. The room was quite run down and the mattress was old and really uncomfortable. I found blood in one of the sheets so it really put me off. I don’t think I will go there again.

Smallest room I have ever slept in a hotel, Smallest bed I have ever slept on, terribly hot inside the room, suggestion was to keep the windows open (couldn’t keep open for long time due to terrible noise, weird pillows, smallest shower. I need my money back and you must drop this hostel (yes, that’s right, I call it a hostel). Pros is it looks nice from the outside and inside except once you entered into the room.

This Hotel is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is clean. The restaurant is good and the bar provides a subset of the menu between lunch and dinner so everything is convenient. The fitness room has only a few dated machines, but I used it with my own bands but most European hotels do not have fitness rooms. Here is the one negative that made me score it as an 8 rather than a 10. The location is terrible. Almost nothing is walkable. The train and metro are a 25 minute fast power walk away. The closest restaurant is about 15 minutes walk away and there may be 3 from 15 to 25 minutes walk.

When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception was very rude and said we are totally booking no extension. So very bad experience with this hotel, we will never return because of the above experience. I'm not recommend this hotel

La recepción es bonita y un poco moderna, pero las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, habían manchas en una pared bastante raras… la base tapizada de la cama estaba en rota en algunas partes y sentías como se deformaba el colchón , la verdad que no repetiría en este hotel.
