I was very impressed with the level of customer service this hotel offers. I stayed 2 nights after a cruise and I must say this was a great choice. I had a discrepancy with my reservation and the supervisor was so amazing, the situation was solved immediately. The free breakfast was popular and had many options. Loved this place! Would definitely come back. My one and only complaint is that every door in that hotel slams closed, especially your room door. The maids come in and out while cleaning the rooms and slam the door closed every time. Not just slamming the door but it slams so hard that the walls shake. Other than that this place is amazing!
