Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean but the facility is old and the AC was very noisy making it a bit hard to sleep. Nice to have free use of a kayak. Very convenient to walk to restaurants.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the internet access was so so, it took all day to get our room cleaned. The grounds were very well kept. The pool area was immaculate. Overall I do recommend staying at the resort and would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about Coconut Cay! Convenient location. Towels were really nice, beds were comfortable, pillows were amazing, very quiet in our rooms as the activities going on outside were insulated from our room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We loved everything about this place!

Everything is renovated, good location, good service, they accommodated us as soon as possible, excellent air conditioning, ice, everything very clean, cleaning service, the pool is clean, with umbrellas, the only thing that was not good was the mattress in that room, very hard and uneven, that made me sleep a liltl bad,but I recommend this hotel completely.

Love this sweet place. We used the complimentary kayaks and were able to see Manatees in the wild, lizards and a pelican too. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small.
