Terrible do not stay places run down staff daycare mentally prepared man standing his Undies in the lobby. The room was not clean at all. Haven’t been touched. The bed was disgusting with sand all over it from the previous people. The rubbish was overflowing. The roof stank those kids running around with the clothes on. And it looks like a prison. Every room has a cave camera. Every door wall has a camera on it. What’s the state this place?

- Stained carpet - Shower door doesn’t shut and water goes all over the bathroom floor - big slip hazard. -Kitchen tiles - greasy/sticky -No bedside tables -Felt very unsafe in and around the building - lot’s of junkies and dodgy people around. -Woke up to someone screaming one night -Terrible parking, only 5 spots, wasn’t told I’d have to book parking or pay extra for the privilege. No room for anything bigger than a small car. -Thought I was staying in the Executive Villa’s, because that’s what I booked. After not being able to find my room and asking at reception they told me that my room is actually across the road in another building called the Azzuro. -Will never stay here again and will tell everyone about my experience!

This was the absolute worst stay we have had ever. We have usually stayed here before however this time we were disgusted in the location we were put across the street in their new facilities. The room was clearly never a hotel room and more of an office building andni will be making a big complaint about this further. Let's just say it was far from ideal and dirty and add an emergency fire alarm that saw the whole building evacuated.
