Excellent ac on a very hot day. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not use kitchen but appliances were tasteful. Huge bathroom. Pool was unheated but refreshing on a hot day. Only downsides were only 3 pillows for 2 people, could have used a kurig type coffee maker and a bit noisy in the early morning with cars moving. I think workers on local jobs stay here. For Santa Barbara it was a great price and a charming look.
