Great cheap hotel

We stayed for two nights, with a stay at a Disneyland hotel in between. The room had everything we needed at a very reasonable price and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including dealing with questions about our son’s peanut allergy. Demba (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see him when we returned two days later.

A pleasantly surprising stay!

We booked a family room for a Disney visit, didn’t expect very much as it is one of the cheaper hotels in the area. The room was very, very large, plenty of space for a family of four and a dog. We were at the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. It was very hot (35 degrees) but the fan and large windows meant that the room stayed lovely and cool. Large free carpark, good selection of food and drink available if you wish and a large supermarket next door. The bathroom is a little dated, but that’s literally the only small bad thing I can think of. The staff are excellent, fluent in English - and patiently helped me with my terrible French! Very warm and welcoming, a real credit to the hotel. We are so glad we picked this hotel rather than splashing out on a Disney hotel, we had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Well what can i say i was supposed to be staying here for 2 nights after visiting disney for the weekend. I checkeed in went in to the prison cell of a room and left 10mins later. Very very basic accommodation and the area felt unsafe so wasnt keen on leaving car either.

This is very poor and horrible place to stay. 3 beds room must be spacious and clean with adequate ventilation and lighting. Non of these were there and its stinks. Limit scary! Decent families must avoid. Drunken guest stands outside around the parkings areas and not very welcoming.

Great hotel for Paris/Disneyland Paris visit

Stayed here for 2 nights after visiting Disneyland Paris. We wanted a hotel close to a train into Paris city. As a family of 4 we had booked a family room but on our arrival the room was unavailable. The hotel then provided us with 2 rooms next to each other and gave us complimentary breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and tidy. Onsite parking, and close to a shopping centre with a supermarket. Would us again

It was very dirty, especially the floor, and we had hair on our beds. The mirror in the bathroom had fallen off several times. We had requested an extra duvet, but they couldn't provide it. Overall, the service was very poor. The only good thing was the friendly and hard-working lady at breakfast. However, she couldn't keep up, even on a Sunday, so not all the dishes were available at breakfast. The selection was already very limited. On a positive note, the location was very close to the train, which took us to Disneyland in 10 minutes. The price was also reasonable. But a little more cleanliness and helpfulness isn't too much to ask for.

The hotel needs to improve a lot the cleanliness, the painting, the elevators are dirty, the door at the rooms needs to be painted. The housekeeping personal needs to clean the room and change the bed sheets and do the beds. If they advertise air conditioning needs to be sincere that is a heater and not air conditioning. For the price that I paid and the quality that I got, is frustrating. The hotel doesn't look the same as the picture. These pictures were taken a long time ago. Dont like the hotel at all.

I didn't like the staff, i think they're rude. The actual rooms are not what's advertised, they're smaller. The breakfast was stale, the bread was very old. Aa for hygiene, limited soap and toilet paper. When we requested to clean the room, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. Then were hairs on them, very disgusting. Will never recommend

Handy night before Disney (Solo)

Really friendly welcome. I was using it as a cheap night before moving over to Disneyland Paris the next day which I have done before. It's literally a stone's throw from the RER and then on to a shopping centre with supermarket so the local amenities are what sways me to stay here. The one thing that I would love to improve is breakfast options for vegans. I had what I call a "classic vegan hotel breakfast" which was bread, jam and a banana. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't ask about alternate milks because I overslept. It was pretty loud pretty late but I don't know where that noise was coming from to blame the hotel and I just put earplugs in but I do think it contributed to me rolling out of bed at almost 10am!
