I made arrangements to stay here on my way to “the Soo” and I’m happy to have found this little place on hotels.com. It’s a down home little motel with a good little restaurant next door with basic offerings for travelers through the southern UP.

I love this place because you can park right in front of your door, unload & you don't need to stop at a front desk! They text you your key code to get into your room so there is no delay getting into your room when you arrive!

Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Great check in system, very slick and easy. Would stay again. No restaurants in the area so would recommend you eat somewhere before you get there.

We may have been the only people staying that night, but the parking lot was freshly plowed. We received our check-in code a little after 5pm, but we arrived to the motel at 10pm and everything worked out fine. The room was pretty cold initially, but heat worked well.

This property was just perfect for us. It was less than an hour to get to Munising for the pictured rocks boat tour. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and what a deal. It was nicer than expected.
