The staff where fantastic, always helpful, smiling and welcoming, same with cleaner's,breakfast was alright, no dinner available there but alot of restaurants close by same with Akasaka station,for 2 people staying in room was good, but mattress was like sleeping on a child's mattress, other than that I'd fully recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed, thank you to all the front desk staff n cleaner's, absolutely fantastic

Great value for money, too. If I could suggest one small improvement—it would be wonderful to have coffee condiments in the room rather than needing to head down to the lobby.
