The hotel was very beautiful. Worth to update to the superior room. We had the most amazing view. The only criticism is that during meals, lunch and dinner, the drinks take a bit too long to come. Sometimes you wait for the entirety of your meal. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed for a week and upgraded to privilege (which i would recommend) the majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. Food was very good with plenty of choice for an all inclusive. The problem we did have was booking specialty restaurants and the choice wasn't great. They book up very quickly. But both the steak and Italian were good. Sports bar was limited opening hours, which was disappointing when there was football on. On another positive the manager of the vulcan was superb and very friendly. Bruno in the piano bar was also excellent. Very attentive. I would definitely recommend but only with privilege

That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive centre on the grounds were excellent as well.

This hotel kept up the excellent experience and did not disappoint at all - it was a super nice, comfortable, chilled, always with good service/friendly staff. Depending on your point of view it's a little out of the way but there was local transport. We did not use as we hired a car.

Guest services were very good

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Good 4* hotel, not sure it is a 5* as per the listing. The arrival and check in wasn't great but when I pointed this out to the Guest Services they were very very good at recovering the situation. Other than that the stay was what you would expect from a good quality hotel chain. The restaurants were very good but beware, the pool isn't heated so a bit chilly in December
