O lugar é muito bom, cheio de bares e restaurantes por perto e um shopping bem na frente. Mas os apartamentos precisam urgentemente de uma renovação. O piso remendado, papel de parede rasgado, limo no banheiro, alguns móveis em péssimas condições, luzes queimadas... Desistimos de usar a varanda do apartamento do meu irmão porque apenas uma lâmpada funcionava. Continua sendo confortável, mas está bem decadente.

At least the room was clean when we arrived

A lumber delivery business starts with the forklift beeping non-stop at 7am, drunken by-passers until 2am both nights, and a homeless person's bed and belongings were torched at 1am on the 2nd night. We left four days early and have been trying to get a refund since, ut the only communications seems to be initiated by me for both Ayres and hotels.com.

Excelente localização! Proximo a diversos restaurantes, bares e cafés e também a estação de metrô Las Heras. Quarto muito amplo e completo. Ponto ruim apenas que não tem limpeza todos os dias e nem sempre tem alguém na recepção.

Lovely apart in my favourite area of Buenos Aires

It was the perfect accommodation and location for me in one of the nicest areas of central Buenos Aires, close to embassies, traditional old mansions, posh shops, parks. Lovely pool to refresh myself in a very hot day. Spacious studio apart with all the facilities and nice large double bed. My only problem was having a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk-in shower. But that is personal. Reception assistants were very friendly and helpful.

o quarto excelente, no entanto para arrumar tem que pagar, e o maior problema que encontrei foi não ter portaria 24 horas, o horario da portaria senão me engano é das 9 as 6 da tarde. eu que viajei sozinha caso necessitasse de algo teria problemas. para viajar em grupo com varias pessoas é otimo, o lugar muito bom, ja tinha fica neste hotel a muito tempo mas tinha portaria 24 horas.

Primero, es importante mencionar que se trata de un apartamento turístico, no de un hotel. Las áreas comunes como la recepción y el ascensor están en buenas condiciones, pero la habitación mostraba claros signos de desgaste, especialmente en el suelo de parquet. La interacción con el personal, mayormente virtual, fue adecuada. Entre los aspectos negativos, destaco la ausencia de servicios como desayuno o lavandería, lo cual no se especificó claramente al momento de la reserva, dado que era un alquiler turístico. Otro punto desfavorable fue la pobre calidad de puertas y paredes, lo que permitía escuchar todo de las habitaciones adyacentes. Además, la unidad externa del aire acondicionado era extremadamente ruidosa, interrumpiendo mi sueño varias veces la primera noche. Al reportarlo en recepción al día siguiente (disponible solo de 10 a.m. a 5 p.m.), la solución propuesta fue desconectar la electricidad, lo que dejó el aire acondicionado inoperante. La segunda noche, la mala insonorización también fue un problema debido a otros huéspedes ruidosos y de fiesta. En resumen, fue una experiencia muy negativa durante una estancia de dos días por motivos laborales.
