The executive suite we had was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating. My wife enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel is located within close walking distance to the Queen Street train station and close to the St Davids centre where there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops.

The person that checked us in was very welcoming, we were given a bottle of wine as we chose the eco option due to staying two nights. The foyer, lifts and corridor to our room were clean, clutter free and well decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and very welcoming, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything in the bathroom was immaculate and the hand soap etc was great quality. We had a great nights sleep, the room was a great temperature and the curtains kept the streetlight out. We went to the bar both nights and the staff there were also great, the choice and quality of the drinks were great too. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!
