Elevator was broken, pancake machine malfunctioning, and the evening staff chased away my kids from being able to swim even with my supervision. When I came back after I put them in bed other people were there with their kids. Mine hadn’t done anything wrong so I don’t understand the unequal treatment. Also, the first night of our stay there were very loud drunk guests making noise past midnight.
