The room was very very dirty, they entered in it without my authorisation, messed up my things and the sofa bed and the heating, first night no hot water. It is not safe, they go inside of many rooms and despite the cameras, the manager refused to give the images prooving they entered inside. Obviously I will relate it to the authorities.

Location was good, about 25 mins (mainly uninspiring) walk from the historic centre. Car parking was free outside, or €5 inside. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchenette area was perfect if you're looking to have your own food, as we were. Staff friendly.

I stay here 4 nights it was a part of my business trip. I spend my weekend here. Hotel has Laundry washing machine and dry it was a plus for me. After I asked for Iron and Iron table Staff was helpful. Good breakfast. The room was big. Not far away from city center.

The rooms were beyond Spartan, not a picture anywhere to be found. The baseboards were filthy and in poor repair. There were stains on the walls and the doors and peeling paint on the terrace. There was not even the attempt providing a pleasing decor.

Appartement impeccable, joliment rénové, suffisamment spacieux, bonne literie et très bien placé à 2 pas du centre ville, proche des commodités. Seul bémol, parking payant (14e la nuit) ; on trouve cependant des places à l'extérieur. Ne me prononce pas sur le rapport qualité /prix car avions réservé à la base dans un autre Odalys d'Aix qui nous a déplacé dans celui celui-ci sans changement de prix . Nous avons donc payé le tarif pour l'autre établissement.
