This hotel met our needs and the staff was very nice. It is a little run down for a Hilton and the room's deadbolt didn't work, which left us feeling a little vulnerable. It is a very convenient location and we would stay here again if catching a flight.

I had a delayed flight in Cancun and needed to stay close by for my transportation to my main resort the following day. Thankfull the Hilton Garden Cancun was a fantastic place to stay, 5 minute walk from Terminal 2, and a nice and quiet location to rest up. Great pool, location, and convinience all at a great price.

The Hotel and its staff was very helpful to take away our stress after landing and trying to get a transfer organized from Airport to Hotel. Reception was great and efficient, the service guy to get our luggage to the room. Last not least, the restaurant, meaning the staff, the food, the place and the service were excellent!
