The hotel is okay it's definitely not a 5 star hotel. The pool area was poorly maintained, no staff, dirty padding in the cabanas, no one to provide towels or drinks or anything. The room is nice but nothing that delivers in a way you expect for the price. The bell hops are great and provide a great service. Staff is nice but I think they need to focus on these areas.
