It was easy to book and a life saver from our original hotel we were booked it. Beautiful atmosphere good staff. Hallways smell refreshing. The area was not the safest our rental was broken into when we parked on the street due to valet being 65 a night. I would suggest valet be included with room upon booking. The breaking into our car almost stole our joy until we found more beautiful sites to travel to and San Francisco is beautiful
