Needs updated! The room was clean but very out of date. The hall ways and elevator needed cleaned better. The hall way carpets where very stained and dirty.

The check staff was overwhelmed and other support staff did not seem to care about lending any assistance. The shower in our room was not in the best condition. Mold around the edges, the stopper was missing and the shower curtain was hanging on with one screw and some cardboard. The Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is a renamed Spring Hill Suites that has not been updated . The room was old, with mildew in the bathtub caulk and stains in the duvet. The shuttle information is wrong on the listing and when I requested a ride via an app, the address wasn’t updated causing confusion. The morning front desk staff was not helpful.

Just wasn’t that good. Between the AC/heater not working to the TV/tv remote not working properly to the non exhaust in the bathroom to the spots on the ceiling. Just a lot issues. Honestly you should save money and go down to the Microtel. Smaller but in wayyy better shape and customer service

Everyone at the front desk is super friendly, great dinner recommendations. The drivers for the shuttle are very friendly as well. The room itself was ok, bed linen were clean, the bed comfortable. The sofa had lots of dirty spots on it, the shower curtain looked like it is falling from the wall any minute, the light switch in the front didn’t work, the phones didn’t work ( not at the front desk or in the room).

The room was clean, and the morning staff were friendly, which is why I’m giving this place 3 stars. The breakfast was not like it’s portrayed in the photos. Very sparse and legitimately worried about getting food poisoning because the deli ham they cut up for breakfast was cold (I thought that was intentional until I went back for seconds and the ham was hot). Additionally, the woman checking people in at night was not friendly or helpful.

made a reservation to be close to the airport during winter storm fern. Flight got canceled and the only option was to reschedule our flight for the same day. We asked for a refund due to the weather and our flight cancellation. they refused to give us a refund and when I tried to call and clarify, they hung up on me twice before ever speaking to someone.
