A lovely place to stay, we visited end of May and it was quiet with a nice relaxing vibe, spacious suites with properly heated pools…all staff were helpful and very friendly, walking distance from restaurants with a caldera view and a great location to get to all areas of the island easily! Absolutely loved staying here. They greeted us with a glass of wine. Took a lot of time to help show us where to go and what to see and recommendations. Our room was amazing and the pool water was so warm. It was chilly out. The bartender took great care f us at breakfast and late at night. They really go out of their way to take care of you and go out of their way to make your stay the best.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and scenic. My only bad experience was the hotel guest relations staff are there to make more money from you. They’ll tell you it’s unsafe to book your own cars or go by public transport so they can recommend you a very expensive private driver to take you around. This is extremely expensive and a scam. These drivers will charge you ridiculous rates for even short drives. The hotel staff should be more concerned about their guests experience & recommend affordable travel for their guests.
