Lots of good things to say, but I honestly can’t believe you put the spa on the smoking floor. It’s gross to smell that coming in and out of your relaxing spa. Also your pillows were hard as rocks.

The location is convenient because it is walkable to Dotonbori and the surrounding shopping area. There are a lot dining options as well. The Onsen on premise is good but it is very crowded in late night. Overall the hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is great with awesome options. And the nightly ramen snacks are great plus. Lastly, our room is nice too but a little small. The toilet and shower are separated and the spaces are tight.
