The wait staff is excellent, did not get all their names but Miguel, Denisse, Sheyla and I think his name is Alejandro were great and friendly with out exception every body was great. the reception staff was very helpful and friendly, so was the manager of the restaurant.. food is great .. I loved the unique touch of the coffee and pastries presentation. The room also smelled sophisticated while cosy at the same time. The pebbled pattern on the bathroom floor was so pretty while being functional as an anti-slip material. The rooftop had a breathtaking view of the city and church. The staff, decor, indoor courtyard, excellent breakfast, all made my stay a memorable, warm and uplifting experience !

This property is stunningly beautiful and in a great area, walking to everything. We loved everything about the hotel, including the staff and service but our room was on the first floor behind reception and had a view of a dark brick wall. We asked to move but they had no availability. So, I would suggest booking on a higher floor.
