Was not in a great location

No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Hotellet var jättefint, och de som jobbade i receptionen var supertrevliga. Området hotellet ligger i var inte så fint och det fanns inte något att göra. Dock väldigt lätt att ta sig in till staden med metro i ca 10 minuter. Det var mycket myror i vårat rum.

Excellent hotel to stay while in Naples. The location is close to a station that gets you both into naples and to other places such as Pompei. The shuttle service from the city center is also great! The hotel itself is very clean and the breakfast is delicous!

Short stay on way back home

Hotel located just 10min drive from Naples city centre. Parking is ok and big enough easy to find also. Not many restaurants close by, but city centre is a short drive away. We were in a superior 3 person's room. It was worn out but space wise good enough for three of us. Sofa bed was a hassle to open no sheets were provided neither pillows for the 3rd bed. Shower was super small 1x1 meter at max and super dangerous. Gym is another 10 mins away so practically no gym in the hotel. Breakfast was limited but never fussy about breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good air conditioning, with a restaurant in the hotel. 15 minute walk to the train station if you intend to go to Pompeii. Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.

Hotel avec parking sécurisé et gratuit, à 10min a pied de la gare donc parfait si vous allez à Pompéi. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, c’est un buffet mais 2 personnes sont là pour vous servir: c’est très bien pour la propreté et pour éviter les gaspillages. Il y avait des Fruits frais (fruits rouges: fraises. Myrtille, melon, ananas), variétés de gâteaux, œufs brouillés, bacon, yaourt, oléagineux… Les chambres sont climatisées et mériteraient d’être modernisées. Les environs de l’hôtel sont par contre très sales. Ce n’est pas un super quartier pour se balader. Mais j’invite à choisir cet hôtel si vous vous rendez à Naples pour rejoindre Pompéi en train!

It was fine as a base to see Naples but is not a 4 star hotel, but the rooms had no working ac, and was in need of renovation, I.e peeling wallpaper/ripped carpets, etc. bed was extremely solid. Breakfast is served in plastic bowls and paper cups with limited selection.

Highly recommended

The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too.

It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions
