We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating. The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day.

Omg!!! I can’t believe the service was over the top!!! I loved all the stuff especially Luisa, she went above and beyond with helping out with our luggage’s and we had a lot with just everything we need in general. I’m so grateful for her. Great central location in Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs and a slow elevator, but the convenience of the location more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay!"
