Overall a pleasant stay. We arrived to our original room a few hours after check in to an unexpected smell of cigarettes/smoke. Without any fuss, the manager Irish was able to find us an alternative room and looked after us in a genuine and caring manner. Bed and rooms were comfy and well appointed, and well sized. The heating in our second room seemed to be stuck in fully-on mode, which we made do with by keeping a window open. A great option in the area.
