A Five-Star Experience

This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We requested hangers and an iron (they were not in our room) and the staff brought them to our room immediately. This hotel is a basic traveler hotel, but was perfect for our stay and close to family. Breakfast was "to go" (fruit, nutrition bar, and banana bread), but that fit our schedule. It is located right next to a Circle K and is on a main highway. We would stay here again.

The carpets had just been cleaned but yet still had stains on them. there was no hairdryer in the room and both times that I went to the front desk no one was around. The positives were the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very convenient and overall the the room was clean. No tissue for face or nose. Had to ask for hair dryer. No clothes hangers. Tiny bathroom space, booked a room for two. Morning muffin and banana as well as any snack food for breakfast was gone by 9:15. When asked about the food, was told that all the food had been taken by someone earlier. That's all they had. Had good hot water and shower pressure. But, oh so tiny in the bathroom!
