The breakfast was impressive. The place clean, the price was right, the bathroom was spacious with both shower and bathtub. McDonalds nextdoor and El Corte Ingles is in a walkable distance. I will return.

Brilliant Hotel

This was a one day visit to the city that I lived on for 23 years 37 years ago. A lot of changes around! The hotel was great very clean organize and with an excellent acoustic soundproofing that allow you to sleep deeply in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was one of the most completed I've ever seen. I highly recommend Sercotel Valladolid.

Muy mejorable

La habitación 516 le faltaba limpieza, baño con olor muy fuerte. Sonaba el somier lo que no facilita el descanso y en la cama supletoria el nórdico o la sábana que le ponen estaba con manchas marrones… la verdad que no esperas esto de un 4 estrellas. Personal es muy agradable pero en cafetería y restaurante falta personal notoriamente. Hay que cuidar los detalles. El baño de recepción hace un frío increíble y el cambiador de bebés es mejor ni usarlo, de hecho cambiamos al bebé en el sofá de la recepción mejor que en el mismo cambiador. La experiencia no ha sido muy positiva y no volveríamos. Hay muchísimas alternativas en Valladolid. Por las mañanas es muy complicado aparcar pero por la tarde es muy sencillo, gratis en la misma zona. El parking del hotel 15€ noche. El hotel podría estar bien pero si la limpieza y detalles fallan, que es lo mínimo, no tiene cabida una nueva reserva. Para tomar una bebida por la noche, esperas 10 minutos, nadie en la barra y camareros completamente saturados. Eso sí, son muy agradables aún estando saturados de trabajo.

Nous avons été un peu déçus car nous n’avions pas été prévenus des suppléments à payer!Par exemple,pour la piscine qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo,il fallait payer 30 euros par personne pour pouvoir s’y baigner !!!!Je n’avais encore jamais vu ça.Ils disent accueillir les animaux de compagnie mais,là aussi,ils n’avaient pas prévenu qu’il fallait payer 20 euros.On trouve ça un peu éxagèré, surtout vu la taille de la piscine,et la situation de l’hôtel :Valadolid n’est pas une destination balnéaire touristique,et la chaleur en Espagne mériterait bien un petit plongeon.
