Perfect location to the main attractions. Hotel is next to the Golden Horn River, 5 mins walk to the Galata bridge, to the tram station, Halic metro station and Galata Tower. Make sure to ask for a room in the new building. The smaller old building is kind of outdated. Lots of eating shops along the Golden Horn. So glad that I chose this hotel. Hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with excellent views.

A hotel ultimately rests on the quality of its staff and the staff here are amazing from Ali and reception staff to the excellent Peninsula restaurant staff - with a special mention to Besat and the lovely cleaning and service staff.
