The staffs are friendly and wonderful. The facility is clean but needs some update. The tiles in the bathrooms were loose and cracked. And it was noisy. I think the sound insulation can be better, I can hear everything going on next room or upstairs.

We are a Hilton Honors member. We've stayed at Hampton Inns quite often in the past. This one however wasn't the best. There were knocking noises all through the night. One of the tiles in the bathroom floor needed repaired. The lady behind the front desk was very nice and helpful. I give her an AAAA++++. The breakfast was decent but not a lot to choose from. Other than that, it was decent and clean.
