Great attention to detail and communication. Talked with Will and he made sure everything was good when arriving, didn't have to do a waiting time in checking he did everything while we were on our way there which made it smooth and easier. Tropical Isle Hotel in Hollywood, FL is not as advertised on the website. The pictures online may have been taken years ago when the building was in better condition but do not depict the place now. The manager was extremely friendly and nice during our stay but the accommodations were not up to par. The building is in major need of renovations. The bathroom in particular had mold and rust stains. The stove in the kitchen area was rusty and the walls, doors, and baseboards are ragged and dirty. I also did not feel safe staying here after seeing some of the other clientele. I have learned my lesson about finding a discounted price. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I have no idea where all of these people making raving reviews about this property are staying because it’s definitely nothing like they say it is. I would not come back and do not recommended.

Nice place

It was a simply clean studio apartment. Clean with range, microwave and fridge. Excellent location with beach less then 5 mins walking distance. Easy parking and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

This hotel had a unique vintage feel. The inside was upgraded and the tiny kitchen was great. The closeness to the beach was fantastic. Property manager was very friendly. I would recommend this place.

I was there for a week and had a great stay. The location of this property is excellent. Just a few steps from the boardwalk in Hollywood Beach. The building is well kept and the rooms are very clean. Will is a great host, very friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to South Florida.
