The room was really cold since the A/C was on full blast when we arrived. Tried to switch to heat to warm the room but the heat on the unit did not work. It was late and we didn't want to switch rooms so went to the front desk and they were able to give us extra blankets. It was just an overnight stay so really didn't use other amenities like breakfast, pool, etc.
