The pool was great, clean and even had towels, the room was clean and well stocked. The room was a good size. Some of the staff was pretty nice, one lady at night wasn't rude, but wasn't exactly friendly either. The walls however were very thin, had our neighbor blasting music and yelling at each other over it and the parking was not good either, I wouldn't blame them for it, we were there during Snowfest and non residents decided to use the parking so people paying for rooms like myself struggled to find parking, which means you are right on the strip so ya win some, ya loose some. It lost 2 stars not for the parking or the service, it was due to the loud neighbor and the uncomfortable beds. The beds were stiff and the pillows were too thin, just not comfortable, and sleep is important. I unfortunately don't think I'd stay again due to those 2 things.
